LIL RED ROCKSTAR (Guce) drifted out throughout the far turn after dueling for lead to the ¼-pole in last third-place out vs. two next-out winners and lands leading rider.

     NOW YOU’RE IT (Boag) rallied three wide to battle for lead midway on the far turn of last fourth-place try vs. stronger and looms elusive target from a more favorable post in fairly paceless field. SUMMER PAD (Pena) has been showing speed vs. stronger in the Bay Area and appears main early threat for top pick. ONE LAST WIN (Santos) faced wire-to-wire winner in last improved runnerup try and drops weight with seven-pound apprentice up.

     ANYTHINGTOGETEVEN (Santos) tried rating tactics when taking advantage of two-horse pace duel in last neck win at this level and tries hard every time.      IS IT FANTASY (Guymon) broke super in last neck setback vs. class-dropping winner and shortens up 30 yards. A MERE BELLA (Suarez) disappointed in last fourth-place try as the favorite and beat eventual trial winner Dunk Two Politicians three outs ago. WALK LIKE THIS (Jensen) makes first start since July and broke fast while well in hand throughout when posting 12.3 drill for return.
7TH RACE: Purse $8,010, maidens, 3 year olds and up, 300 yards.
     MYPASSIONSSPEED (Nicasio) ran strong throughout when second in first local try vs. prior maiden runnerup Siete Tres when beating two of tonight’s foes. WORTH ANY PRICE (Huerta) was third in last pair vs. sharp winners and rider is having huge meet. CZECH THIS FIRE (C Mendez) drifted in steadily past the 1/16-pole when third after 10-month layoff in last and gets off the rail.

REMARKABLEYESAPOWEER (Samuel Mendez) gets the class test tonight after last daylight 330-yard win when sizzling his last 1/8 in 9.40.
