1ST RACE: Purse $9,500, thoroughbreds, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 4 ½ furlongs.
     BATTLE JET (Hernandez) drew away under hand ride after dueling for lead to the 3/16-pole in last win vs. slightly easier and only faces one potential speed threat here. JOHNNY REB (Guce) has been away slow in last three outs while no worse than second and has perennial leading distance rider up for new barn. HIGHLY CYNICAL (Boag) is the inside controlling speed, was overmatched in last 870-yard outing and was second in four of five prior tries.
 
2ND RACE: Purse $9,500, thoroughbreds, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 4 ½ furlongs.
     CAMMAZES (Guce) makes first start for high-percentage connections, has early speed and retains a top distance pilot. AERIAL ARTIST (Medina) dueled for the lead through a quick 21 2/5 opening quarter in last fourth-place try and drops two class levels. SUCCESSFUL BLUFF (Bednar) was game second when prominent early after getting bumped steadily from both sides at the start of last and is among the speed threats again.
 
3RD RACE: Purse $10,750, claiming, 3 year olds, 300 yards.
     BLABBER (Huerta) looked strong when posting the night’s fastest of three 300-yard victories in last outing three weeks ago while only making second start since September. LOOKING FOR GIRLS (C Mendez) lugged in early after getting bumped in at the start of last head setback when having four race win streak snapped. IVORY MONGOOSE (Luna) is very quick from the gate and connections have been doing very well.
 
4TH RACE: Purse $7,935, maidens, fillies, 2 year olds, 300 yards.
     FERVENTS DYNASTY (Nicasio) broke sharp and ran strong late under a hand ride in good 12.2 gate drill for debut. DARING N DIFFERENT (C Mendez) dropped neck trial photo in last good try after getting very fractious before the start and has the race experience edge. GIMMIE A REASON (Peinado) looked improved in last 12.4 gate drill when moving well under hand ride late and broke poorly in lone start six weeks ago.

5TH RACE: Purse $7,620, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 300 yards.
     EL KORITA (DeAlba) has earned good Trackmaster speed figures in last three runnerup tries and outfinished recent $6,250 winner Stolen Speed in last neck loss. QUENTON (Peinado) was competitive vs. tougher fields over the past two years and went steadily in decent 12.5 gate drill for return. TRACK BOSS (Hernandez) broke fast and drifted in steadily to the 1/16-pole when looking good in 12.2 drill for first 2015 outing.
 
6TH RACE: Purse $6,565, maiden claiming, 3 year olds and up, 300 yards.
     SNOW NEWS (DeAlba) lugged in badly past the 1/8-pole when third in debut and drops into slightly easier spot. NO COMPROMIZE (A Ramirez) has been second in five of 14 outings and outfinished recent maiden $4,000 winner Hardheaded three outs ago. BLU BRUISER (Hernandez) bobbled in at the start of last fourth-place try vs. class-dropping winner and has improved with each of his three 2015 starts.
 
7TH RACE: Purse $5,875, maiden claiming, 2 year olds, 300 yards.
     BEHIND THE BARS (C Mendez) galloped out nicely after lugging in from the 1/8 to the 1/16-poles in last sixth-place trial outing and broke sharp in third-place debut. BE ALERT (Huerta) was bumped in solidly at the start after getting fractious in the gtae before debut and has solid rider up. EMERALDS N IVORY (Guymon) broke slow in seventh-place debut and jockey/trainer team has been doing well.
 
8TH RACE: Purse $7,045, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 300 yards.
     LOTSA BOOTS (Lozano) is the field’s lone three-time winner who fits restricted conditions nicely and didn’t’ break alertly in last fifth-place try vs. recent $5,000 winner Madres Day. SPOILER ALERT (C Mendez) was bumped in solidly at the start of last third-place try and gets reunited with leading rider. LOVE THAT DREAM (Ayala) was caught in tight quarters near the wire of last fifth-place try vs. stronger and was third three outs ago vs. eventual $8,000 winner Tsing Tao.
