1ST Race: Purse $8,000, thoroughbreds, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 4 furlongs.
     ADROSA SKY (Bednar) is racing in sharp form for high-percentage connections and doesn’t need the lead to win. DREAM ON BROTHER (McDaid) has much early speed, drops to his lowest class level and has solid apprentice up. RUNBRORUN (Gomez) made clear early leads in last three victories but faces more speed pressure here.
2ND RACE: Purse $9,500, maidens, 3 year olds and up, 870 yards.
     SHADOW OF WAR (Rojas) took betting support when fading badly in Santa Anita debut and is out of dam who dropped five winners. NOVAFACTUM (Orozco) showed solid early speed in both starts last year and has quick 46 4/5 gate drill at 4 furlongs for return. FIRST STONE (Payeras) was distant second in comeback at this distance vs. prior maiden $20,000 runnerup Billy The Hott and lands rider who has been doing well.
3RD RACE: Purse $10,000, thoroughbreds, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 4 ½ furlongs.
     CHRISISCOOKIN (Payeras) was second as the favorite in last vs. recent 870-yard $6,250 winner Gutsy Streak and drops a class level. GREAT BAMBINO (Rojas) overcame pace pressure in last win vs. easier field and has run well since getting claimed last June. LOVE YOUR LIFE (Orozco) had speed sharpened when facing tougher in last 870-yard outing and was solid prior third over the daytime one-mile oval.
4TH RACE: Purse $9,500, thoroughbreds, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 4 ½ furlongs.
     ASTUTELY (Payeras) rallied along the inside in last runnerup try at this distance and beat eventual $2,500 winner Jet Pak Black three outs ago. GRASS RUNNER (McDaid) is most effective when unchallenged on the lead and looms the speed of the speed. LION’S LUCK (Bednar) beat restricted field at higher claiming level in last and now meets six foes who have combined for 22 victories.
5TH RACE: Purse $12,000, allowance, 3 year olds and up, 870 yards.
     HARDCORE TROUBADOR (Gomez) went wire to wire when beating much tougher fields in two of last three outs and beat eventual 870-yard stakes winner Big Champion at this distance last March. PARASAIL (McDaid) is sharp mare who has won two of last four outs vs. own sex and may get tracking trip behind top pick. QUANTUM FORCE (Payeras) was third vs. prior allowance winner Mauney at this distance in last and can be well positioned early.

6TH RACE: Purse $10,170, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 100 yards.
     REMEMBER TO DASH (Zepeda) broke fast in last third-place trial out and should enjoy this shorter distance. CHARTER FLIGHT (Bednar) has won two of last three 100-yard starts and draws nice post. UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND (Gasca) has two wins and two thirds in last four 100-yard outings.
7TH RACE: Purse $7,950, maiden claiming, 2 year olds, 300 yards.
     BESTEST (Sanchez) was respectable fifth in last trial out and was second two outs ago vs. recent allowance winner My Mystery Lover. STILTS (J Nicasio) shifted inward early in last sixth-place trial outing and is back with maidens. FIRE AND FURY (Huerta) has been close as the favorite in last pair and must contend with top two picks who are both class dropping.
8TH RACE: Purse $10,370, claiming, 3 year olds and up, 300 yards.
     BOXCAR WILLI (Ayala) took back solidly when crowded near the 1/8-pole in last to ignore and won three of his prior four starts. SNOOTIE SOCIALITE (Franco) drops two class levels after last fourth-place try vs. sharp winner who since beat $40,000 claimers. MY TWISTED SISTAR (Gomez) veered inward two lanes early when bumped at the start of last third-place try and won at this level three outs ago.
9TH RACE: Purse $925,100, Los Alamitos Super Derby, 3 year olds, 400 yards.
     KVN CORONA (Sanchez) broke super when posting fastest qualifying time under hand ride and has never lost in nine local starts. JESSTACARTEL (C Mendez) came a strong 9.39 final 1/8 after breaking off balance from the outside in last runnerup try and looked strong in prior derby victory. CALL ME COLE (Ayala) ran hard for second vs. top pick after sluggish start in last needed try when making first start in seven months.
