The first meeting of the newly formed Intermountain Horsemen's Association will be held Friday, October 23rd, at the Ramada Inn in Pocatello Idaho.

The meeting is for all horse owners, breeders, trainers and jockeys who are interested in improving horse racing in the Intermountain and Northwest regions. Horsemen and women from Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming and Colorado are invited to participate.

The October 23rd meeting in Pocatello will begin at 6:45 p.m.

A second open meeting has been scheduled for October 29th , at 1:00 p.m. in the Finish Line Room of the Vessels Club at Los Alamitos Race Course. The Bank of American Challenge Championships and AQHA Racing Conference are being held that weekend at Los Alamitos Race Course.
