CHRIS WADE'S HANDICAP FOR SUNDAY,JUNE 7
ST 4-IDIOT'S GOLD has been away for almost a Year but, the 7 year old has many a figure that's Best in the lid-lifter and the last effort was a 3rd place finish over the daytime oval when earning another quality charting. The last victory was off an 11 month respite so we know he can fire fresh and the connections do well with new trainees. Should be in the mix and the drop enhances. 2-BET THE OM exits a multiple time troubled trip when running a "better than looked" 3rd despite said strife. The trouble started at the start with a bumping to lose some ground and momentum and continued on with a taking up in close quarters down the backside. The favorite then put forth a solid run through the turn and held okay for the nose beat 3rd. Will be in the mix with a betta trip for the barn that does well with new Trainees. 8-JAMES J. BRADDOCK broke well to duel 3 wide in his last prior to clearing off and holding sway to the wire when earning a comparable number and the post ensures another quality journey from the get-go.
ND 4-FYRESTORM broke well and continued on steadily for the 1/2 length beat 2nd versus a well meant winner when earning a solid figure that's slightly best with all factored (trouble @ track variant) in that's slightly best in this affair. The good looker has been off since that effort (141 nights) and her two morning preps should have her ready to rumble in a closely matched affair. 3-SPECIAL GRAY CARTEL broke a step slow but showed a good amount of speed to be close up on the stretch-out prior to the even finish to the wire versus tougher while earning a comparable number. Should be in the mix from the get-go. 5-JAZZY GIRL broke well enough going 110 yards only to be out-finished to the shortened wire while earning a figure on my charts that'll put the speedster on the lead and the Grey finds herself in a slow into stride field that'll give her a look in the photo.
RD 8-JESSKEEPINGITGOING got a tad fractious in the gate prior to breaking a tad slow and kinda-high away from the gate to be close up early prior to the steady finish to the wire for 5th in the strong for the level affair. The figure earned is slightly best in the PK6 Opener with the Huuuuge Carryover of $ 166,000 + that'll Grow Immensely. Draws well and she'll be near the lead looking for the wire. 2-CHECKN EAGLE broke on the lead albeit kinda head-high prior to skiing some to the wire when holding well for 2nd against a solid winner when putting up a comparable number and the barn is a solid 21% with 1-2 month returnees. 1-HEAVILY FAVORED broke a step slow and was crossed by quicker rivals but did show a solid mid-race and late-run to the wire for the 2nd placing in the much needed effort off the extended 160 night layoff. Will improve in the 2nd start back.
TH QUEEN KIMBE broke well to be to be on the lead down the backside prior to garnering the lead through the turn and held said position until tiring steadily down the lane over the Turf across Town when earning a solid figure that's best on my charts. The improving sort has handled the sod and as Y'all know, if they like the Turf, they'll Love Los Alamitos. The one to beat for connections that do well on the ship-in and she's a 4 year old in a field of 3 year old contendaaas. 6-GLASSHEART showed the early way in the like event the topper does exit prior to tiring harshly down the lane in the much needed return effort. The well connected speedster will improve in the 2nd start back and the post draw enhances the chances. 1-TWISTED HUMOR has shown speed across Town in all 6 career starts and actually held okay to light the board in every effort and she'll be in the mix from the get-go on the ship-in looking for her 7th career on the board finish at a medium mutual.
TH 2-GEMINI BUZZ showed a good amount of ability in the debut across Town over the Turf when showing speed and actually holding well for 4th despite encountering a couple instances of trouble along the way when earning this Event's top interior speed and final time figure. We'll toss aside the most recent dirt affair and look to the debut cause as Y'all know, if they like the Sod, they'll Love Los Alamitos, the one to beat on the ship-in as the Chris' Picks Best Bet on the Race-Card. 6-HYDROPLANE broke quickly to the lead from the rail in his last versus the odds-on winner when holding steadily for 2nd while putting up a figure that easily 2nd best in here and he'll be in the mix from the get-go at an expected rising mutual. 3-PINE RUN has been on or near the lead in both career starts in Arizona when earning quality figures and the speedster did prep well recently. Should be in the thick of things but the 5 year old will probably need a start here to show his best.
TH 6-QUICK SHE IS broke a step slow and was brushed to lose some ground when crossed by quicker rivals prior to the steady run to the wire while under a slight hold versus a solid group of GR2 Company. Will be close up throughout and the barn is a superb 25% with droppers of note. 2-LEAVIN THE CARTEL finished a "much better than looked" 3rd 14 nights ago after breaking slow and getting crossed prior to the quality mid-race and late-run for the trifecta placing. The figure earned is "right there" in here and speedster only needs a decent getaway to get in the photo. 1-RACY FAVORITE was a vet scratch 35 nights ago which puts a ? above her head but....the 4 year has returned to prep well (B++/Grade) in said solid drill when breaking well and finishing the same with the blinkers off. Should be in the mix, but...she's been 3rd in all 3 efforts from..the rail where she's loaded into this night so, we'll put her in the 3 box. Lol !!
TH 6-ELMER ROMERO lost all chance in her last effort 287 nights ago in an effort we'll toss aside and look to the prior few that give the gelding a nice look in here and the gelding prepped strongly 11 days ago when breaking quickly and moving strongly to the wire. Said morning affair earned a solid straight A on my grading system and he'll be tough with a repeat when the 'real racing" goes at about 8:58 tonight. 7-SR KOOLKORONA exits a "much better than looked" 3rd place 42 nights ago after breaking slow and getting crossed prior to a solid run to the wire when earning a comparable number and the post enhances the chances. 4-CHAMUKINI got rather rambunctious behind the gate in his last prior to breaking quickly to be near the lead throughout while holding well for the neck beat 2nd at the wire. The figure earned is close up and the speedster has a look.
TH 5-TOP FAST EAGLE broke quickly to the lead and extended to the wire to crush a compact cast as the favorite after prepping well (B+/Grade) prior. Will step forward in the 2nd start and a player he'll be from the get-go for a barn going well (17%) these last 30 nights of Racing. The slight edge in a closely matched Finale. 1-PYC LAST DANCE CINDY broke well in the maiden breaker 30 nights ago which has been productive as the 4th placer returned as did the runner-up (Ximenarey) who crushed last night as the 2nd choice. Should be in the m mix for a quality jockey/trainer (21%) combo. 7-HOME TO STAY crushed in the maiden debut 52 nights ago when breaking a step slow while kinda head-high to lose almost a length and her racing momentum prior to a solid mid-race and late-run to the wire on her own as the deserved odds-onner. The Full Sister to London Toby has loads of upside and she did prep strongly prior to the debut (A-/B/Grades) and she'll a threat as the Chris'Picks Price Player on the Race-Card and Good Luck Y'all in the PK6 with the Huuuge $166,018 Carryover that'll Grow Immensely once again and could be upwards of a Half Million Real Dollars!!
