OH JERRY LOOKS TO KEEP STREAK GOING
The $10,000 Pick Six Promo remains in play on Sunday night with ten grand added to the Pick Six pool if there’s no carryover in place going into the evening’s action. The Pick Six will begin in the third of eight races on Sunday.
Meanwhile, William Hedrick’s Oh Jerry will look to go a perfect six for six at Los Alamitos when he puts his local win streak on the line in the featured $19,000 allowance at 1,000 yards. Oh Jerry enters this week second in the point standings to the $50,000 stakes that will be held at Los Alamitos on November 27. He’s also just $300 away from going over the $100,000 mark in earnings for his career. The 6-year-old gelding by Oh Tanner has won three of four outings this year with his only setback coming at Golden Gate. The lineup he’ll be facing will include DK’s Crown and Dannybob. Belico Racing and Lizbeth Medina won a 21-way shake for DK’s Crown in his last start on March 21.
