STAKES RACES HEADLINE PREVIEW SHOW FOR DECEMBER 18-19

The closing weekend of the 2021 racing season at Los Alamitos is here with the meet closing strong with a trio of Quarter Horse stakes races. The First Down Dash Handicap and A Ransom Handicap are the feature events on Saturday, while the Southern California Derby heads the final program of the meet on Sunday. Episode 21 of the Los Alamitos Preview Show covers all three races plus a great showdown at 1,000 yards between Oh Jerry, Winding, Castle Gate, Capture The Sea and more.
The webcast show includes interviews with owners Jeff and Michelle Cravens, who will have their homebred Favorite Colossus in the A Ransom on Saturday. James Glenn Jr. talks about Monopolist in the Southern California Derby and Jesus Uranga talks about Winding’s impressive season.
