LOS ALAMITOS LAUNCHES LIVE WEEKEND NIGHT RACING ON YOUTUBE;

NEW STREAM DRAWS OVER 19,000 VIEWS

       Building on its new, enhanced weekend simulcast, Los Alamitos Race Course has expanded its live coverage to feature a complete, real-time broadcast stream on the track’s YouTube channel, @losalqh. The transition to YouTube is already a major hit with racing fans.

         The live stream drew 8,000 views on Saturday, July 11, followed by an even larger audience of 11,000 views on Sunday, July 12. Adding to the interactive experience, the stream features a live YouTube chat.

          For fans unable to attend or visit a satellite facility, this free HD stream provides an interactive home for every Saturday and Sunday night program. Viewers can enjoy expert analysis from Eulices Gomez and Jose Contreras, stunning drone camera angles, and every great call from veteran announcer Michael Wrona—all while chatting live with fellow racing fans.

         The chat was moderated by “Professor G” Orlando Gutierrez this past Sunday. A lineup of special guest moderators is scheduled for future broadcasts.
